Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason, excluding company orders that may not be refundable. Once the returned product has arrived at Acemagic's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Returns must contain all accessories.

The items must be in the original packaging.

For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs.

For warranty claims not related to product quality, Acemagic will only refund the product value.

Returns may be refused if the items do not meet the above requirements.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is filed. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues on items that have exceeded this 30-day period. For purchases not made directly through Ace magic's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related problems, please read below.

How can I return an item?

  1. Please contact Ace magic customer support to initiate a return. Indicate the reason for the return and send an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

  2. Ace magic customer support will provide you with the appropriate return address within 24 working hours.

  3. In order for the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please send a return message to Acemagic with the following information:

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued in our warehouse upon receipt of the item. The refund will be made using the same method as your original order. The processing time usually takes 3-5 working days.

Exchange policy: Within 30 days from the date of purchase on the acemagic.de website, only articles of the same or lower value are eligible for the exchange. Returns are only accepted with a RA #. Obtaining a return approval number (RA #) is essential. Returns are only accepted in new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of the return. Please send your returned items via a parcel delivery service that offers tracking and/or insurance. Items used over any period of time cannot be returned to Acemagic. No replacement will be issued before the original product has been received and confirmed. By using acemagic.de to place an order, you agree to these terms.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the express company of your choice. If the reasons lie with us and the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

Refund process: Please allow 3 to 5 working days for processing after receiving your return or exchange.

The refund time (after the above processing time) is as follows:

Cases not covered by refund:

  • Products that have been lost or stolen
  • Products that have exceeded their warranty period
