1. How long does the delivery take?

Estimated delivery time in Germany: 4-6 working days.

United Express shipping time estimate: 2-3 business days.

Other country: 10-15 days.

Shipping Time: Delivery will take place within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products depends on the arrival time.)

If you have any questions about the progress of your order, please contact us. Alternatively, you can check the status on the FedEx or UPS website if you already have a tracking number.

We observe the following U.S. holiday calendar. Orders placed on these days are usually shipped the next business day.

2. Can I change the items I ordered?

Once an order has been placed, neither the desired order nor the selected quantity can be changed.
In this case, we recommend that you contact us to cancel the incorrect order.
Then we recommend that you place a new order for your favorite item on our website as soon as possible.

3. Can I change the shipping address of my package after shipping?

Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping once the product is on its way.

5. I received the wrong/broken product-what can I do?

Please contact us immediately and let us know the following if you receive your package and it does not match your order:

A photo of the item(s) you have received and the packing slip (Please make sure the details are clear and visible) Please provide a clear picture of the item ordered. We will do our best to help you even better.

Please inform our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods if the goods are damaged by sending an email to service@acemagic.com. Our customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.

6. Where are your products shipped from?

All orders to the United States are shipped from the warehouse in the United States.

All orders to Europe are shipped from the European warehouse.
